CEO of Inca Worldwide takes control of GEGI

Dear shareholders, followers and consumers I am happy to announce I have completed my due diligence and I am now the Chief Financial Officer of Genesis Electronics Group Inc. I have appointed Juan David Perez Schile, Chief Executive Officer and John Naisbitt has been appointed to the Board of Directors. I will be working closely with them over the next several weeks updating our financials, getting current on OTC and updating shareholders. We will be changing the name to Cacique Mining Inc., and entering the mining industry using a green approach to mining. In addition we will be working in conjunction with Inca Worldwide ( QED Connect Inc.) to grow Inca Seeds (Sacha Inchi) in the areas next to our mining projects and to secure funding through USAID and other sources. Most of the funding will be going to Inca Worldwide (QEDN), however, a portion will be going to Cacique Mining (GEGI), enough to execute our plan in Cacique Mining. We are in the process to finishing our website but here is a look at the initial website

Thank you for your support

CFO of Cacique Mining (GEGI)

Caution Concerning Forward-Looking Statements:

Our public communications and SEC filings may contain "forward-looking statements" – that is, statements related to future, not past, events. In this context, forward-looking statements often address our expected future business and financial performance and financial condition, and often contain words such as "expect," "anticipate," "intend," "plan," "believe," "seek," "see," "will," "would," or "target."

Forward-looking statements by their nature address matters that are, to different degrees, uncertain, such as statements about our announced plan to reduce the size of our financial services businesses, including expected cash and non-cash charges associated with this plan and earnings per share of QED retained businesses (Verticals); expected income; earnings per share; revenues; organic growth; growth and productivity associated with our Digital business; margins; cost structure; restructuring charges; acquisition-related synergies; cash flows; returns on capital and investment; capital expenditures, capital allocation or capital structure; and dividends.
