First, I'd like to thank you for your continued support. The past several years have been challenging for QED Connect. As challenging as they have been the future looks as bright. As you know the former CEO, M. Thomas Makmann, has passed away and I have taken that position. We are in the process of rebranding the company and are extremely excited about the future. We have finalized our product line, with Inca Snacks, and are fully prepared to bring our product to market. We have signed a contract with Daymon Worldwide to help distribute our products. We have hired a world class marketing and branding company to make this a reality. The company has a added two significant members to the board, and plans another.
